The Company has registered Net Sales/Income from Operations of Rs: 272.17 Lakhs and Posted a Net Profit of Rs: 39.86 Lakhs from its Operations for the Quarter Ended 30th of September 2011.
The Company has received In Principle Approval from BSE for the Scheme of Arrangement of Merger with CES Private Limited. The Company is under process of proceeding with High Court of Andhra Pradesh with necessary documentation and procedures.
